QReative: QR Code Reader
Need help with QReative? Find answers to common questions below, or reach out to us directly.
Make sure the app has camera access: go to Settings → QReative → Camera on your device and turn it on. Hold the code steady, well-lit, and within the frame — QReative also supports scanning codes directly from a photo in your library via the gallery button on the Scan tab.
All scans and created codes are saved to the History tab, stored locally on your device.
Pick a type on the Create tab, then use the color, shape, logo, and emoji options to style it. Tap the download icon to save it to your Photos.
All colors and gradients, shapes, logo/emoji placement, full-HD export, and an ad-free experience are part of QReative Pro. Everything else is free.
Subscriptions are purchased and managed entirely through Apple. To cancel or change your plan, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device, or manage subscriptions on the App Store.
Open Settings → Restore Purchases inside the app (also available on the paywall). If the issue persists, contact us with the email address used for your Apple ID purchase.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one via reportaproblem.apple.com.
